It is our practice to work for businesses rather than landlords. We therefore have no conflicts or vested interests that will prevent us from doing the best possible deal for you.
In terms of professional fees for our services, these will be by negotiation, but will usually be based upon a percentage of the purchase or selling price in the case of freehold property or a percentage of the first years rent in the case of leasehold property. In the case of rent review and lease renewal negotiations, fees will be performance based to reflect the savings achieved.
Richard Henry & Co are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and as such, are bound by strict rules relating to professional conduct, training and professional indemnity insurance.
